Miss Gwendolyn Legaspina participated in the Personality Development Avenue Season 1. She attends school in Cebu Eastern College which is a member of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Incorporated. At the CESAFI 2007 opening last August 4, 2007 the member schools of CESAFI performed dances from all over the world. CEC performed the Chinese Dance.
